TO SUBMIT AN ARTICLE TO HOT CIDER

Articles must be submitted to ALL THREE contacts with "Hot Cider" in the
subject line. Articles must be received by noon on the Monday before
publication date.

In an effort to keep this newsletter timely and fresh, all articles will be
published only TWICE. Please carefully consider which publication dates are
best for your article.

Hot Cider publication dates are: 2/25, 3/11, 3/25, 4/8, 4/29, 5/13,
5/27, and 6/10.

Hot Cider is posted to www.cidermillpta.org, a publically accessible
website.

COMMUNITY NOTICES: PLEASE NOTE NEW POLICIES
* The primary purpose of Hot Cider is to update parents and faculty on PTA
and Cider Mill school news. Community submissions WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED
to only key information, including the organization, event
name/date/location and web links/contact information.  Detailed descriptions
will no longer be provided in the Hot Cider, but parents are encouraged to
use the contact information provided to learn more about these valuable
community resources.

* The Central Office MUST approve all community listings that are not
school- or PTA-related. Contact Carol Soloff soloffc@wilton.k12.ct.us or
203-762-3381 for approval.

* Submissions made in flyer formats, lengthy press releases, etc. will be
returned to sender or edited at the discretion of the Hot Cider editing
staff.
